Reason #165: I let my kid sit too close to the screen.

Carnival!

This weekend we went to a carnival!

Colby got his face painted! It was supposed to be a star, but he was very wiggly!

He got to bounce!

Shhh, don't tell grandma! For the record, he wasn't too particularly fond of cotton candy.

And just a bit of photoshop fun! He was in love with all the balloons there! He kept grabbed them, and bopping himself on the head with them!

Just bragging...

This is Colby's new trick! He sits up really well! He's been doing it for about a week. Unfortunately, these are the best pics I have, because he's also been drooling like crazy, and all his other pics have drool spots.

Gardening

Last week when it was warmer, I had to plant some daffodils in the front yard, so I placed Colbs on a blanket. He loved it and coo'ed to me the entire time.

Wrestling with daddy

In between conference sessions, daddy and colbs were wrestling in the front room.

I'm just guessing, but I think the Colbster won.

These crack me up!

Colby has discovered that mouths aren't just for sucking on fingers. He's blowing bubbles, yelling, and then this... he's decided he doesn't want anyone to see his bottom lip. Even when you get him to smile, he still hides it!

Ripping At the Seams

Ok, so colbs is getting chubby. Well, he's always been chubby. Now he's just ripping through the seams. He is puffing his cheeks in this picture, you know, to appear chubbier. But you can also see something peeking out...


When he moves his foot, you can get a better view. His jammies don't snap shut anymore. Look at that blue onesie glory!

Does he care? Not one bit. :)
