Colby has been babbling tons lately. His favorite thing to say, of course, is da da da da da da da... and so on, despite my constant ma ma ma ma sounds. We had a 'conversation' in the car this morning, and this is honestly, 100% what it sounded like.
Colby: Da da da da da da da...
Mom: No, ma ma ma ma ma
Colby: ... NO. da da da.
Mom: Ma ma ma ma. Remember me? The one who gives you baths, feeds you, plays with you? Ma ma ma ma.
Colby: Who?
Like, uhm, Doesn't ring a bell. Come again?
